Article 1: Application of the Regulations

These regulations are established in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Code. They apply to all trainees for the duration of the training, whether it is followed online (remotely) or in person.

Article 2: Discipline
Trainees are prohibited from:

  • Taking or modifying electronic training materials;

  • Changing the settings of the computer and projector;

  • Eating or drinking in the classrooms unless invited to do so;

  • Recording training sessions;

  • Sharing training materials with third parties, as they are intended for individual and personal use.

Article 3: Sanctions

Any behavior considered as misconduct by the RTIA management may, depending on its nature and severity, result in one of the following sanctions in increasing order of severity:

  • Warning from the Director of the training organization;

  • Expulsion from the training.

Article 4: Health and Safety

Preventing accidents and illnesses is imperative and requires everyone to fully comply with all applicable health and safety regulations. To this end, the general and specific safety instructions in force at the organization where the in-person training takes place, when applicable, must be strictly adhered to under penalty of sanctions (including social distancing and mask-wearing during a pandemic).

When the training takes place on a company site or in another training location, the applicable general and specific safety instructions are those of the training location.

Article 5: Informed Consent

A copy of these regulations is given to each trainee before any final registration, at the time of signing the contract.
